MEET THE FOUNDER AND CEO, CARL PALME
Boundless Robotics was founded in 2019 by Carl Palme, a seasoned Product Executive who’s spent the last decade focused on making Robotics and Artificial Intelligence easy for anyone to use. Motivated by his frustration at being unable to grow any kind of plant and his fear of food insecurity in the future (read: urbanization, aging workforce, brittle supply chains, and climate change), Carl envisioned using the latest technologies to make it possible for anyone to grow anything, anywhere in the world, any time of the year.
Boundless’ immediate focus on cannabis stems from the urgent need for reliable access to pesticide-free, specific strains that people use as part of their health and wellness routines. Learning about the benefits that the plant has provided for millions of people across the US, and the lengths to which people have to go to get access to it, motivated Carl and his team to double-down on helping people gain access to this wonderful plant, while continuing to research how to we will all grow food in the future.
Outside of his time figuring out how to solve food insecurity and provide access to cannabis for those who need it most, Carl is an avid runner and snowboarder.
