The Annaboto team values your satisfaction and we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Annaboto product, you can initiate a return within 90 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Return Policy for Sale Items
All items purchased during sales events or marked as "on sale" are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Return Request Process

  1. Contacting Support: Before initiating a return, we recommend reaching out to the Annaboto support team for assistance. We’ll help you troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing and provide the guidance to ensure your complete satisfaction with our product.
  2. Initiating a Return: If you still wish to proceed with a return, please complete the return request form by contacting customer support. Our team will . This form will help us gather essential information to expedite the return process.
  3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Upon verification of your return request, Annaboto, Inc. will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) along with a shipping label for the return shipment of your product. Please note that the RMA is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance. If the product is not returned within this timeframe, you'll need to request a new RMA if you still wish to return the product and are still within the 90-day return period.

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Original Packaging: The Annaboto product must be returned in its original packaging. Include all power cords and accessories that were originally included with the product.
  1. Complete and Delivered Condition: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product arrives at Annaboto's facility complete and fully delivered.
  1. Return Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping for returning the product shall be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that for specific offers, Boundless Robotics, Inc. may exceptionally waive the return shipping costs, and this will be explicitly mentioned in the corresponding offer.

Return Scenarios- PLEASE READ

Please refer to the following scenarios for details on return conditions:
- Order Cancellation: Full refund will be issued.
- Unopened/Original Condition as Delivered: Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Defective Item (No Fault of Customer): Full refund will be issued, and return shipping cost will be waived.
- Opened or Used Item Returned Free of Defects and in Delivered Condition: Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. The cost of any missing, misused, or damaged items will also be deducted from the refund.
- Device Damaged from Misuse in Accordance with Intended Guidelines: No refund will be issued.
- Missing Accessories or Bundled Items: If you return a product without all the original accessories or bundled items, the retail price of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process
Your refund will be processed promptly after we receive the returned item and assess its condition.

Special Considerations
- In cases where shipping fees were paid by the customer during order placement, these fees will not be refunded.
- Any refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase of the product.
- Annaboto's return policy and warranty do not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

Defective Items
The determination of defective items will be made by our Customer Success team through troubleshooting and evaluation of provided photos.
