Purchase Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) constitute a binding, together with the Terms of Service (available at https://annaboto.com/terms-and-conditions and http://boundlessrobotics.com), Privacy Policy (available at https://annaboto.com/privacy-policy-1), and Return Policy (available at https://annaboto.com/return-policy) constitute a legal agreement between you and Boundless Robotics, Inc. (“Boundless Robotics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your order and purchase of the goods and/or services of Boundless Robotics purchased by you (“Goods”) from https://annaboto.com/ (the “Site”). These Terms of Purchase are governed by and incorporated into the Boundless Robotics Terms and Conditions located at https://annaboto.com/terms-and-conditions (“Terms of Service”). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Service, these Terms of Purchase will govern with respect to the purchase of Boundless Robotics products, and the Terms of Service will control with respect to all other matters.

YOUR PURCHASE OF GOODS FROM THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, THE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS WE PROVIDE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF ANY THE LIMITED WARRANTY INCLUDED IN-BOX WITH ANY GOODS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE GOODS.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Purchase at any time, so please review these Terms of Purchase each time prior to making a purchase from the Site. Every time you order Goods from the Site, the Terms of Purchase in force at that time will apply between you and Boundless Robotics. The Site is for retail sales to private consumers only.We may modify these Purchase Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review them before making a purchase. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply. Please note that the Site is for retail sales to private consumers only.

1. Payment
   You must pay the posted fees for the Goods in advance. Fees are subject to change without notice. We will bill your credit card or other agreed-upon payment method for all fees. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. If the information provided is false or fraudulent, we may cancel your order. You are also responsible for any charges or expenses resulting from billed charges. Any disputed charges must be reported within thirty (30) days. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes, which you will be responsible for, except for U.S. taxes based solely on our income.
   
   
2. Orders
   All orders for Goods are subject to our acceptance. If we reject your order, we will refund the amount you paid for the Goods.
   
3. Reservations
   Goods available for reservation and pre-order are not yet for sale. Placing a reservation or pre-order does not create a contract for sale. You may cancel your offer to purchase Goods at any time before shipment, and you will be refunded any amounts paid. We may accept your offer when the Goods are offered for sale and bill you for additional fees.
   
4. Availability and Pricing
   Goods offered on the Site are subject to availability, and we may impose quantity limits or discontinue offering certain Goods without notice. Prices are subject to change but will not affect already placed orders.
   
   
5. Sales Tax
   We calculate and charge sales tax in accordance with applicable laws.
   
   
6. Resale and Title Transfer
   Purchases on the Site are for end users only and not for resale. Title for Goods passes to you upon delivery, but we are responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
   
   
7. Shipping
   Shipping costs are not included in the Goods' prices. The delivery charges and methods are described on the Site. Please note that shipping dates for reservations and pre-orders are estimates and subject to change.
   
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
   We may provide a Limited Warranty for the Goods, as described on the Site or provided with the Goods. Except as provided in the warranty, the Goods are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties or conditions of any kind. You use the Goods at your own risk, and we do not guarantee any specific results.
   
   
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Goods. Our total liability for any Goods will not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior six (6) months. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Goods.
   
   
10. Notifications
    We may provide notifications to you via email, hard copy, or posting on the website.
    
    
11. Force Majeure
    We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disaster, failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

Terms and Conditions - Annaboto Machine
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Annaboto machine. By accessing or using the Annaboto machine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Prohibition of Buying, Selling, and Transferring Cannabis
1. The Annaboto machine, developed and provided by Boundless Robotics, is strictly intended for lawful and non-illicit purposes. We explicitly forbid the buying, selling, and transferring of cannabis or any related products through the use of the Annaboto machine.
2. You acknowledge and agree that any attempt to engage in such activities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. If Boundless Robotics is made aware of misuse of Annaboto, we reserve the right to disable the product and ban the customer from current and future business with Boundless Robotics.
2. Compliance with Applicable Laws
1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the Annaboto machine, including but not limited to local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase, sale, possession, and distribution of cannabis.
2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Annaboto machine complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

5. Customer Data Collected from App/Devices
   
   1. The data collected by Boundless Robotics' products will be used to improve the performance of those products. This data may include images and time series data.
   1. Boundless Robotics will use the data uploaded by its products to improve performance and user experience.
   1. By default, Boundless Robotics will store the uploaded data during the customer's use of the system and up to 5 years after that. However, if the customer requests otherwise, the data will not be stored for longer than that.
   1. The data records from the devices are considered confidential. When the customer stops using the products, Boundless Robotics has the right to delete any customer data uploaded during the term of use.
   1. The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights to upload the data to Boundless Robotics' servers. They also state that Boundless Robotics' authorized use of the data will not breach their privacy policy or any other relevant agreements.
   1. Customers should not provide sensitive information such as social security numbers, driver's license or identification numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information. Boundless Robotics can delete any such information uploaded by the customer without prior notice if it is deemed sensitive at their sole discretion.
      
      
6. No Warranties
   This Website/App is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Boundless Robotics makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website/App or the materials contained on this Website/App. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website/App shall be construed as providing consultation or advice to you.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability
