Canna Thanksgiving Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon cannabutter
- 3 TBS regular butter
- 3 TBS all-purpose flour
- 1 cup turkey pan drippings
- 2 cups turkey stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 TSP minced thyme
- 1 TSP minced sage
- ½ cup white wine
Steps
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the canna and regular butter together.
- Start to add your flour and whisk together until the mixture is golden.
- Start to add in your turkey pan drippings, mixing it in with a whisk
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently.
- Add in your herbs
- Whisk in 1 cup broth and ½ cup white wine and return mixture to a simmer
- Simmer for 10 minutes
