Canna Thanksgiving Gravy

Canna Thanksgiving Gravy 

Yields 8 


  • 1 Teaspoon cannabutter 
  • 3 TBS regular butter 
  • 3 TBS all-purpose flour 
  • 1 cup turkey pan drippings 
  • 2 cups turkey stock 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 TSP minced thyme 
  • 1 TSP minced sage 
  • ½ cup white wine


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the canna and regular butter together. 
  2. Start to add your flour and whisk together until the mixture is golden.  
  3. Start to add in your turkey pan drippings, mixing it in with a whisk
  4. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently. 
  5. Add in your herbs 
  6. Whisk in 1 cup broth and ½ cup white wine and return mixture to a simmer 
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes
