Ingredients:
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup cannabutter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- A pinch of salt
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients in mixer on low until ball of dough forms.
- The order I did was: sugar and butter, then the whole egg, the yolk and vanilla.
- Then I added salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Finally I added the flour 1/3 of a cup at a time until a dough was formed.
- I then put out a baking sheet and added the dough balls (about a tablespoon amount of dough) and baked for 10 minutes.
- After that I let cool and added the optional chocolate drizzle (store bought).
