Creamy Sweet Potato Mash
Yields approx. 10 servings
Ingredients
- 5 lbs of sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup regular butter
- ¼ cup cannabutter
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Place potatoes in a large pot of boiling water. Cook until potatoes are tender, roughly 20 minutes. Drain and mash
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, regular and canna butter, sour cream and garlic powder. Start mixing with an electric mixer
- Slowly start to add in the potatoes and milk, mixing thoroughly
- Add salt and pepper as needed
- Garnish with fresh rosemary
