Creamy Sweet Potato Mash

Yields approx. 10 servings 


  • 5 lbs of sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed 
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup regular butter 
  • ¼ cup cannabutter 
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk 
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary 
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place potatoes in a large pot of boiling water. Cook until potatoes are tender, roughly 20 minutes. Drain and mash
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, regular and canna butter, sour cream and garlic powder. Start mixing with an electric mixer
  3. Slowly start to add in the potatoes and milk, mixing thoroughly 
  4. Add salt and pepper as needed 
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary
